Even Though the service package we chose was for the day of the wedding, Maho was in constant communication with us and ensured she had all the details covered prior to the wedding date. Maho facilitated our rehearsal, coordinated all the vendors, helped with decoration set up, managed all the timelines and helped with the wrap up the next morning. We hired Maho to help us the day before, day of, and day after our wedding. It is very hard to find words that encompass all that she helped us with those three days - and the weeks leading up to the event! Maho is thorough with her organization and communication. Even meeting her just the day before the wedding in person, we felt that we had known her forever. She helped problem solve last minute details, smoothed ruffled feathers of both vendors and relatives that had many last minute opinions, and anticipated our every need. Maho's kind and gentle nature is balanced with an efficiency that is unparalleled. We don't know how we would have been set up in time or gotten through our rehearsal without her. She was there giving us encouragement right to the moment we headed down the aisle. The day after, we showed up to pack everything up, and Maho and her team already had 99% of it boxed and ready to load. She's an angel. Coming from Japan we were concerned because it was difficult to make sure everything was perfect for our special day but after everything was said and done, you made this the most amazing and stress free experience. From the flowers to the cake, the hair and makeup stylist, the photographer and commissioner, It was literally perfect.
